1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately with your Order ID.
• Once your cancellation request is confirmed, a full refund (if payment has already been made) will be initiated.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
• If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return or exchange as per our Refund & Returns Policy, provided the product is eligible.

3. Cancellation by Aadhya Fab

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock.
• Pricing or product information is incorrect due to a technical error.
• Payment could not be verified.
• The order is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
• Delivery is not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If your order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Refunds for eligible cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation is approved.
• The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
