Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • If you don’t like the product, you can return it and receive a refund, subject to our return policy conditions.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not have any stains, damage, perfume, alterations, or signs of use.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process the return and refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale offers (unless received damaged or defective).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size (subject to stock availability)
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect product received
  • If you don’t like the product, you can return it and receive a refund, subject to our return policy conditions.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under this policy.

Refund Processing Time

After approval:

  • UPI/Wallet Refunds: 5–7 business days
  • Debit/Credit Card Refunds: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking Refunds: 5–7 business days
